Hi, I’m Jacqueline, a coach and healing practitioner dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and move through life with greater clarity and confidence.

At the heart of my work is Mind-Body Resilience Coaching, a nervous system-based approach designed to support high-performing women and teen girls navigating stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re holding a demanding career, caring for others, or simply feeling stretched too thin, these sessions offer a space to regulate, reflect, and rebuild from within. Using breathwork, mindfulness, gentle movement, and somatic tools, we work together to restore calm, energy, and inner strength.

I also offer a range of body-based therapies and holistic healing practices, including craniosacral therapy, energy work, sound healing, and intuitive bodywork, designed to relieve tension, support emotional wellness, and bring you back to your natural state of ease.

For those feeling called to deeper exploration, I provide personalized solo female travel guidance as a path to empowerment, growth, and self-discovery.
