60-minute Zoom Session: $125 per hour

Option 2: Comprehensive Coaching Program

Ideal For: Those looking for a holistic approach to mindfulness, fostering deeper personal transformation and sustained practice.

This structured program integrates mindfulness, meditation, and personalized coaching tailored to your journey. It is designed for those dedicated to living a life filled with presence, purpose, and peace. We will meet three times a month for one-hour zoom sessions.

For the option of 3 or 6 months:

  • 3 Month Dedication: $1,000

    (averaging: $111/session, in total: $125 savings)

  • 6 Month Dedication: $1,900

    (averaging: $105/session, in total: $350 savings)
