In our fast-paced lives, we often overlook the importance of pausing to reflect on our journey. This 3-day retreat is your opportunity to slow down, create space for contemplation, and reconnect with your inner self. Leave behind the daily hustle and immerse yourself in a serene environment where you can explore your authentic desires and needs, and receive healing for your mind, body, and spirit.

As a travel expert and a passionate advocate for solo travel as a woman, I am thrilled to guide you on this transformative journey. Together, we will explore the depths of our inner selves and the beauty of the world that surrounds us. As within, so without.

1. Croton-on-Hudson, NY - A peaceful, nature-filled haven where I currently offer in-person healing sessions and host intimate retreats.

2. Marblehead, MA - A sacred location dear to my heart, ideal for introspection and mindfulness practice.

3. Your chosen East Coast destination - Select a location of your preference within the East Coast region. Please note, additional travel fees may apply for commutes exceeding 250 miles from Croton-on-Hudson, NY.

4. States or International destinations - Explore further afield with options for domestic or international retreats. Additional costs for travel expenses such as flights and separate accommodations will apply.

If group settings feel overwhelming, this retreat is designed solely for you. You will receive my undivided attention, and every aspect of the retreat will be customized to your unique journey. This intimate experience ensures that you can focus entirely on yourself, your needs, and your growth.

I will assist you in finding the most suitable accommodation that meets your requirements in the area.

Mindfulness Experience

Your mindfulness coaching sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and intentions. The weekend will include a mix of:

- Mindfulness exercises

- Meditations

- Healing Sessions

- Nature walks

- Quiet time for reflection and rest

- Optional yoga and self-exploration activities

Prior to your arrival, we will have a 30 minute Zoom call to discuss your goals and create a personalized mindfulness program that serves your intentions.

Bonus Support

To help you integrate your experience, I offer a 1-hour follow-up Zoom call one month after the retreat. This session will allow us to fine-tune your new mindfulness practices as you transition back into your daily life.

Day One (Friday):

4:00 PM - Arrival and opportunity to relax and prepare.

7:00 PM - Welcoming Dinner + Intention setting

Day Two (Saturday):

8:30 AM - Optional Yoga + Breathwork

9:30 AM - Solo Breakfast (Mindful Eating, Silence encouraged)

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Mindfulness coaching session #1 (during a peaceful nature walk or other chosen activity)

1:00 PM - Solo Lunch (Mindful Eating, Silence encouraged)

2:00 PM - Free time for journaling and reflection

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Optional Healing Session

7:30 PM - Healthy dinner with Jacqueline

Day Three (Sunday):

8:30 AM - Optional Yoga and Breathwork

9:30 AM - Solo Breakfast (Mindful Eating, Silence encouraged)

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Mindfulness coaching session #2 (during a peaceful nature walk or other chosen activity)

1:00 PM - Solo Lunch (Mindful Eating, Silence encouraged)

2:00 PM -Integration, review, and development of personal practices, setting intentions for the future.
